The product:
Accessible Job Coach is a online job coaching tool for people who have a disability of sight impairment to help develop their skills and also gain employment more quickly and effectively. Those who have a sight impairment can encounter difficulty in getting a job offer because of their disability.

The problem:
According to the RNIB*, only around a quarter of registered blind and partially sighted people of working age are in paid or self- employment, compared with around three quarters of the UK population as a whole.

The goal:
Design an app that will improve career prospects for blind and partially sighted people of working age and who want to work.
My role:
UX designer leading the app and responsive website design from conception to delivery.
Responsibilities:
Conducting interviews, paper and digital wireframing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, conducting usability studies, accounting for accessibility, iterating on designs, determining information architecture, and responsive design.
